The Oasis Church Revival – Gainesville FL
Fresh outpouring of God's Spirit.
We started a Revival at The Oasis Church in Gainesville with Pastors Jerry and Donna Day on the 20th of February 2011. We were only scheduled to be there Sunday am & pm. God did some amazing things on that Sunday, and live were touched, and we extended onto the Monday night. We felt to start weekend Revival meetings, and so on Friday 25th February we came back for the weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 25th – 27th, doing 7pm nightly and 10:30 am on the Sunday. The power of God was so awesome, and lives were being touch and impacted, and there was such a hunger in the hearts and lives of the people, that we set up to come back the following weekend. We conducted weekend Revival meetings here at The Oasis Church on the 4th – 6th March, 11th – 13th March, and the 18 – 20 March, knowing that one of these weekends would spark a week long Revival. So on the 20th we felt to continue through the next week and weekend. So starting Monday 21st March we continued the Revival through the following Sunday, 27th of March. Still the hungry and thirsty were coming, and the crowds were building, and God was moving. How could we deny this. Another week of Revival. Monday 28th March – Friday 1st April. People are coming in with an expectation and hunger that is hard to find. From Pentecostal to Baptist to Anglican to Catholic, God has been setting people on FIRE. I am an Evangelist and have been flowing in the revival now for the last 18 years. From my observation I can testify the meetings in Gainsville can be summed up into one word….. REVIVAL! The meeting have been power packed, fresh and full of life.
The hunger that has been in the “non” Pentecostals in these meetings has been amazing. God has used Bazil to bring these different denominations together. During these meetings one will find out that a Catholic, Baptist, Anglican and Pentecostal laugh the same, cry the same, jump the same and run the same.
There have been miracles, powerful testimonies of changed lives and a renewed interest in the lost and a stirring to draw closer to Jesus!
What has happend in Gainsville Florida the last few weeks needs to sweep America!

Revival, nothing more, nothing less, nothing else. We ended this Revival last night with a powerful move of the Spirit. God showed up as allways and touch the hearts and lives of people. I have never been to a pentecostal church before so this was a totally new experience for me. I was invited by a good friend (and had a he told me what was going on I probably would not have gone). BUT…it has been such a blessing to me. I have laughed, cried, loved, yearned, and been truly blessed. I have to say I would never have imagined myself running in a church service! However, the Lord moves people to get out of their comfort zone in His name. I have seen the pews fill up over the course of two weeks and the spirit of the people is overflowing with joy and the spirit of Jesus. Bazil’s messages have been wonderful. I have been so blessed by God’s presence and the spirit of God in this place. Last night the music was awesome. The meetings I attended were all unique; some were a quiet sacred spirit and in others there was laughing, running, singing out joyfully but in all the Holy Spirit was infilling us. Last night I could not stop crying just praising God for his presence in my life and bringing me to this place to experience such a blessing. Thank you Bazil Howard-Browne and Donna and Jerry for hosting this wonderful revival. I only hope this will not be the last.

Freedom, Freedom, No more shackles no more chains no more bondage I am free!! God has given me so much joy during this revival; He has lifted the spirit of grief and heaviness and filled me with His joy. Praise God for His anointing and this revival. Thank you Bazil Howard-Browne for honestly teaching and preaching God’s word. We NEED this message. The Church needs this message. Bless you. Thank you Bazil Howard-Browne, Donna, and Jerry for bringing Revival here to Gainesville. My heart is filled with deep gratitude and joy! I’ve been going to these meetings as long as I’ve known about them.
The Lord is refreshing me and anointing me in new ways in the works He calls me to do. He assures me of more anointing, fills me with more peace, and talks to me about where my feet will be going. He’s put a desire in me to minister to Gypsies. The worship & being in His presence is heavenly and just what this weary warrior needed at this time. My body is being refreshed.
In 1996, I was literally ‘hit’ with Revival (either pinned to a chair or stuck to the floor) for an entire weekend at a Catholic Charismatic Conference. Revival touched a Catholic Monsignor who asked God to use him to bring it to Catholics too. The Lord honored this prayer. This Monsignor ministered to me and my life was changed profoundly and forever.
This is what happened (briefly & in part): My heart started to burn for the lost with desire that all nations come to know Jesus. I heard ‘Evangelize” over and over. Within months I was in Evangelization school and soon in the mission field. The Word took on new life for me.
Jesus took a quiet, introvert who was afraid to fly and set me on fire for Him, speaking to hundreds of people, and flying across the world to minister His Love! He equipped me with boldness and zeal that could only come from Him! Praise the Lord!!! I want everyone to experience His Revival Anointing.
I’ve continued since 1997 in mission work, primarily bringing the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, joy, healing, deliverance, and the Truth of the Gospel to Catholics & others in Eastern Europe and at home. Here I serve in healing prayer ministry as I exercise the Lord’s Heart expressed in Isaiah 61:1.
Thank you so much for being God’s obedient vessels. Thank you for your ‘yes’ to Him. Thank you for bringing the denominations together into the One Truth found in the River of the anointing of the Holy Spirit. May God bless all of you and draw you ever deeper into the mysteries of His Love! May He continue to use you in a mighty way so that NONE may be lost! Love & Prayers to you!

Total of 32 Revival meetings since February 20th. Been doing weekend Revivals, and the last 2 weeks have been Friday – Friday. This was my first Revival experience. After four straight days of revival meetings, I had a healed and renewed relationship with myself, Jesus and the Word. It felt like being born again. Witnessing other peoples experiences of getting anointed was powerful. Many laugh, cry, run, and tremble under the influence of the Holy Spirit. Even though my experiences were not as powerful, I felt thankful and blessed to be just a witness. But on my 11th day straight of revival, I witnessed something incredible.
Bazil Howard-Browne brought up a lady who had some medical issues and laid his hands on her for some healing prayer. Others stood from their seats and extended hands out in prayer. As soon as all this happened, I felt a wave of soft yet intense energy blanket the whole room. I was sitting furthest back and actually could see and feel it come down the walls of the church and over everyone and myself. I could not fully process what was happening and tried to dismiss it as a sugar induced boost after eating two cookies and a coffee prior to revival. Looking back, I know I was blessed enough to witness something ancient and sacred as is in the scriptures…to see and feel the raining fire of holy ghost anointing. Bazil had described the day before that the most powerful day so far on the Gainesville revival scaled 4 3/4 out of 10 on the anoint-o-meter. Well, Bazil, this night I talk about…what was your gauge on on it? I think it’s a 8.9! Later I talked to the person being healed. She confided that she felt everyones prayer in that moment and that after almost two weeks straight of revival, it was the most powerful and favorite. As was mine. That was a very powerful night…and as all nights are different and end mostly with people laughing and/or sobbing in the background…this night ended with the stillness of a sacred silence filled with love, awe and reverence. Thank you Bazil Howard-Browne for your service and being a instrument in the Body of Christ. Thank you Pastors Jerry & Donna Day at The Oasis for their sanctuary and service. It’s a great testimony that many different denominations congregate to praise and worship together. The importance and power of revival! Truly all glory, honor, thanks, and praise to God!
